Subscription

By engaging in a premium subscription for The Online Body Guard© you agree to be billed in advance on a recurring monthly basis (this is known as the billing cycle).  At the end of each billing cycle, your premium subscription will automatically renew under the exact same conditions unless you elect to cancel your subscription, or The Online Body Guard© cancels your subscription.

A valid credit card is required to process the payment for your premium subscription.  By submitting your payment information for your premium subscription, you automatically authorize The Online Body Guard© to charge all premium subscription fees to your credit card.

Should automatic billing fail to occur for your premium subscription, The Online Body Guard© will attempt to re-process your credit card.  If the additional attempt to process your credit card results in a declined transaction, an electronic invoice will be issued to the point of contact for your account requiring manual payment by a certain deadline date.

Fee Changes

At its sole discretion, The Online Body Guard© may adjust fees associated with its premium subscription users at its sole discretion.  Fee changes for premium subscription holders will be announced and communicated 30 days prior to their implementation.

Intellectual Property

The service, content, reports, report format, expert insights, and recommendations are and will remain the exclusive property of The Online Body Guard©  The service is protected by copyright and other laws governing the United States and the State of Michigan.

Your Privacy

Your privacy is a top priority of ours and as such, the following measures are in place to help ensure the continuity of your account, data, and information.

The Online Body Guard© does not utilize, process, or share in any way the credit card information provided by its users when they register for a premium subscription.  The billing for the premium subscription is conducted by a third-party billing service that meets PCI Compliance standards for securing your sensitive financial and billing information.

Limitation of Liability

As a user of our platform and website, you agree to indemnify, hold harmless, save, and protect The Online Body Guard©, its officers, employees, agents, contractors, and assigns from and against any and all claims, demands, actions, suits, liabilities, losses, damages, costs, and judgments which arise out of or are occasioned by The Online Body Guard©’s acts or omissions as they specifically relate to the delivery of the services for your account.

Cancellation

We may cancel or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

If you wish to cancel your account, you may simply cancel your subscription or simply discontinue using our service if you are not a subscribed user. For assistance, please contact customer support at support@theonlinebodyguard.com.
